Shipping
We typically ship orders within two weeks. During Spring or Fall run when more cattle are being processed we can get as far out as six weeks.
Mats are shipped in rolls or on a pallet via a common carrier freight truck in the continental US and shipping costs are included.
All other products are shipped on a common carrier freight truck in the continental US and shipping costs are not included. We will contact you once your order is placed to confirm shipping costs, which will be due before your order is shipped.
We are not responsible for freight delivery times once the product has left our facility.
In-Store
pick up
In-store pickup is available for all products at our Park, KS, location. State and local sales tax must be charged at the time of pickup.
Kansas Sales tax
Double D Mats are not considered an agriculture product in the state of Kansas therefore Kansas states sales tax will be charged on all orders with a Kansas shipping address. We are unable to charge sales tax based on product, so if there are ag-exempt products in your cart we will issue a refund for the state sales tax charged at the time of your order for those specific products.
